Basic plot outline: The unconventional Vianne Rocher and her daughter move into a small, frigid town to open a chocolate shop. At first the close minded (and rather anal) townspeople reject her and her ways, yet slowly she starts to win them over.
Review: It may sound rather soppy, but was actually very well done. Any film with constant shots of yummy chocolate is welcome in my books! Its another one of those small films with universal appeal and themes. Very beautifully done, and definitely given Filmfreak approval.
