| KEEPING THE FAITH
Directed by Edward Norton
Basic plot outline: A Rabbi and a Priest both fall in love with the same girl. Friends from childhood, sparks (and hormones) start flying when this trio are re-united many years later. Both men are forbidden by their faith to be with her, yet love knows no boundaries. Or some arb crappy saying like that. Sorry, no kinky threesomes in this one. Review: Norton should stick to acting. What a pointless film. I thought that romantic comedies were supposed to be funny. This film follows the concept of 'Take a catch phrase and drag it out as long as possible into a boring film starring MONKEY BOYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY Stiller'. Am I the only person who dislikes Monkey Boy? Why do They keep making cute chicks like Elfman fall for him? This film was long winded and boring. Slight Perve Factor was in existence though. Mushy romantics might even enjoy it to a degree. I suppose. |
