Basic plot outline: Not too sure if a plot existed in this film. Something about a serial killer being tracked down by a cop blah blah blah *yawne*. Possibly the only suspense thriller I have ever watched without a single suspenseful moment or thrill.

Review: Piece of crap, waste of time. Keanu Reeves looked fat (made himself that way to suit the character ? I think not.), and his acting sucked. Eric Stoltz was good (although if they had cast HIM as the killer in stead of the cop, the movie could possibly have improved quite rapidly. His performance in 'Two Days In The Valley' showed him to be a brilliantly twisted 'Bad Guy'). To sum it up : this movie is pointless, predictable, boring, with a tiny to non-existant perve factor.
